Jacob Lustgarten, MD, is a board-certified vascular surgeon committed to providing quality, compassionate care to all patients. Dr. Lustgarten comes to the Howard University Faculty Practice Plan from Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group where he was a vascular surgeon. He is a member of the Society of Vascular Surgery and the Society of Vascular Ultrasound.
